History & Philosophy

CMI was founded in 1977 by Hal Chouinard and Phil Myhre and has been serving Customers for over 30 years. CMI has a dedicated and talented staff of systems analysts, engineers, programmers, account executives, and support staff. Many of these individuals have held management positions in the industries which they serve; their understanding of a client's business allows them to market and/or develop software that works the way the client does. As a result of our strong relationships and reputation with IBM, CMI has clients throughout the United States as well as in Bermuda, Bahamas, Mexico, France, Kenya, Canada, England, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and China.
