Central Reservations
CRO/400 is a Central Reservation system with comprehensive availability controls designed for hotel chains and other multiple property organizations such as Property Management companies, Franchising companies and Membership companies. CRO/400 electronically transmits reservations and provides up-to-date information on room availability and rates for individual properties or for the chain as a whole. The system is commonly used at a centralized site. CRO/400 can integrate with many front office systems. A WIZCOM or Pegasus Interface provides the ability to bridge central reservations to all major airlines. Either 1-way or 2-way interfaces are available for many property management systems.
Variations of CRO/400 can also handle timeshare applications and reservations system for non-hotel applications such as dinner cruises, trains, etc. The non-hotel CRO/400 interfaces with BOCA ticket printers for on-site ticketing, a fast reservation method for walk-in tickets, cash drawer interface with cash drawer balancing by operator, direct cash, entries post to G/L, seating charts for meal events, gift certificate issuing and tracking.

Reservation Input Module
This module is the heart of the system, designed to allow the reservation agent to execute a variety of tasks through a command line interface. The use of commands rather than menus reduces the amount of time to process a call. Most of a reservation agent's daily tasks can be accomplished from the reservation input screen.

File Maintenance Module
This module provides the means for setting up and maintaining the files used by the reservation input program. The Constant file allows for input of system variables. Along with the Constant file program there are also programs to maintain property, rate, availability, travel agency, group, corporate, and user-defined information.
Communications Maintenance Module
This module provides the means for setting up communications between the properties and the central reservation office. Communications to local properties is provided via remote printer, terminal, PC or Fax. Another communication option available is direct interface with local Property Management systems. With the proper hardware and software configuration, properties can access CRO/400 to change availability or book reservations for other properties in the system.

WIZCOM Interface
WIZCOM is a method of connecting with the airline reservations systems of the world through a single interface. WIZCOM has a variety of products which allow different types of connections and/or services. The WIZCOM interface consists of reservation traffic and availability.
Reporting Module
A great variety of listings and reports are available, including listing of system configuration, activity and demographics. CRO/400 is also capable of producing custom reports. Statistics by operator, advertising codes, rates and other criteria are provided.
