The CMI Payroll system can provide an inexpensive alternative to an outside service. You do not pay extra for the "extras," and you will be back in control.

With over 100 reports, the payroll package can provide the detail you need to help control costs. Inquiries from outside agencies can be answered immediately because all pay information is on-line. Employee history, labor distribution tracking by department and posting to General Ledger is all done automatically -- with no need to leave your desk!

Personnel information is also extensive. Our CMI payroll system records all pertinent employee information including salary history, hire date, birth data, SS number, deductions, number of dependents, compensation, payroll frequency, sick accruals, 401K employee/employer contributions, and more.

CMI payroll calculates items such as hourly rates, overtime rates, salary amounts and shift amounts. It automatically computes payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or semi-monthly. It provides annual maintenance of federal and state payroll tax tables so you don't have to update them each year. CMI Payroll allows extensive inquiry and analysis of employee earnings and deductions, tax calculations etc.

Extensive reporting including quarter and year-end reports (which can be printed either at the period end or at a later date.)

CMI Payroll is fully integrated with our General Ledger system and all payroll entries are automatically posted at the end of each payroll run. It is also easy to integrate with non-CMI general ledger systems.
