Central Reservations
CRO is a Central Reservation system designed for hotel chains and other multiple-property organizations such as property management companies, franchising companies, and membership companies. CRO electronically transmits reservations and provides up-to-date information on room availability and rates for individual properties or for the chain as a whole. Commonly used at a centralized site, CRO can integrate with many front-office systems. CRO’s airline interface provides the ability to bridge central reservations to all major airlines. Variations of CRO can also handle timeshare applications and reservations systems for non-hotel applications such as dinner cruises and trains.

Accounting
The CMI General Accounting System includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Our General Accounting system is also fully integrated with our Payroll offering (below). Easy to use, it provides an unlimited number of reports, a detailed audit trail, control over payables, vendor history and more.

Payroll
The CMI Payroll System provides an inexpensive alternative to an outside service, putting you in control of payroll -- without being charged extra for the “extras.” With over 100 reports, our payroll package provides the detail you need to help control costs.

eBanking
Banking via the Internet has become critical to the way businesses interact with their financial institutions. CMI offers in-product support for electronic Banking solutions, and will continue to provide application enhancements as this environment continues to grows. Areas where we can help include, Positive Pay, Direct Deposit, and Auto Check Reconciliation.

High-Availability
